Estuary View boasts a modern games room with a pool table, table football and darts, with a television and bar-style seating.

On the large patio, there is a table-tennis table, plenty of outdoor seating and a barbecue.

THE LOCATION

Estuary View is the most ideally situated house for rent in South Devon. It is less than a two-mile walk to the idyllic village of Lympstone, with smart pubs, tea rooms and sea views, and a two-mile walk to the centre of the thriving seaside town of Exmouth. Both Exmouth and Lympstone have train stations, so it is quick and easy to reach the nearby cities of Exeter, Plymouth, or Bristol.
 
Many beaches are close-by, including Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Dawlish Warren.
